Rental Requirements

At Camelot Properties Online, we strive to maintain the quality of our rental properties and ensure the satisfaction of both tenants and property owners. Please note the following requirements you must meet to be considered for a rental:

Financial Stability:
- Make at least 3 times the monthly rent in combined gross income.
- Credit does not have to be perfect, but you must pass a background and credit check.
Positive Rental History:
- Demonstrate a positive rental history from previous residences.
No Evictions or Open Bankruptcies:
- Have no history of evictions or open bankruptcies.
Application Fees:
- Application fees are nonrefundable.
Separate Rental Applications:
- Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.

How to Apply

Ready to start the rental application process? Here's what you need to do:

Submit Your Rental Application:
- Complete the rental application form with accurate information.
Provide Required Documentation:
- Submit the following documents along with your rental application:
  - 3 years of residential history.
  - Contact information for your rental references.
  - Information on your monthly income (most properties require combined gross income to be at least three times the monthly rent amount).
Application Fee:
- Pay a $80 application fee for each resident over the age of 18 submitting a rental application.
